He is communicative throughout the process and always keeps you updated. He cares about making sure the client is pleased with the results. Had a great experience shopping for some jewelry for myself. The staff was very helpful in helping me decide and showing me things I would be interested in. I would definitely return for more pieces.
I purchased a ring from this jeweler less than two weeks ago and attempted to return it within a reasonable timeframe. Unfortunately, they refused to accept the return and did not clearly explain their return policy at the time of purchase. customers should be clearly informed about return and refund policies before buying, especially for high-value items like jewelry. I was expecting a fully return. He offered me a store credit which is also 1/3 value.
Oro-Tech (David and Family) have taken care of all of my Family’s needs/wants for jewelry since 1997. Proposal, Marriage, Holidays, Graduations, and Just Because. The selection is excellent.
