Great experience – I am a guy who never knows how I want my hair cut. I go in and find a stylist I trust and just ask them to cut it however they think would work best. Kelly at Ornare did a better job at this than anyone else I've been to. She said that she does sculpture and other art...it really shows in her work that she is an artist. She was even able to cut it in a way that I could actually style it. The location was attractive and clean. I got a head massage before my hair was cut (Bonus!). Definitely give them a try.

THE BEST THERE IS – I have been coming to Ornare for 5 years and have never been disappointed! I am extremely picky when it comes to my hair and have been to many many salons. Every time i visit Ornare, the desk staff, colorists, and stylists have been friendly and professional. The salon itself is also beautiful with a relaxing atmosphere. I will never return. – This is the worst salon experience I have ever had. My boyfriend and I went together with my appointment beind at 3 pm and his at 4pm. When we arrived at the salon, the employees ignored us and were very rude when I approached them. I then had to wait until 3:35 to be taken to the back. I was treated like a nobody – I have only been to this salon one time, trying to get information on some Aveda products. I was not dressed like a rich person, just some nice casual clothes. They actually left me standing alone and never came back to help me! I would never treat anyone like they treated me. I would not recommend this salon or spa to anyone and did contact Aveda with my complaint, getting the response that they are individually owned and they could not do anything about it. Incredible experience! – I was in the Tri-Cities visiting friends and I had the pleasure of receiving a facial and pedicure at Ornare salon and spa. I had a phenomenal facial with Brenda. I have had many a facial and Brenda provided an incredible experience. I will definitely make Ornare a stop in future visits.
