I love this place. I went here as a child when it was Ormson(?) Hearing Center, and that same friendly and caring atmosphere still exists today! The staff are amazing. Receptionist are friendly, smiling, and willing to help. They are reasonably priced as well, even without insurance! The one person I always have the pleasure of interacting with for everything is Kaylee. She listens, explains everything in simple terms and doesn't make me feel like "just another patient to handle". She's gentle, kind, and makes me less nervou... read more
Kaylee was amazing in helping me with my hearing journey. She has been the kindest and also helped me get everything straighten out financially with my hearing aids. I will not be going anywhere else for hearing aids!!

The people here were incredibly nice. I was there to provide a service for them, and they treated me very well.
The people are super nice. Their hearing aids are trash. $5000 and they are no better than the $250 over the counter hearing aids. If your ear canal does not got straight these will not work. My right ear canal is not straight (which they pointed out to me) and the device has to twist to fit. After twisting it is painful after awhile and the cord breaks making it unusable.
