I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism exhibited by the staff of Ormsby's. We recently had out snow blower picked up for repair and dropped back off at our door. In addition to repairing the blower, they gave us full instructions as to how to care for the blower and a schedule to maintain the blower properly. These instructions were better than the manual that came with the blower! Mrs I called Ormsby on a snowy day with a problem with my snowblower. Over the phone they told me exactly what was wrong with it & how to repair it. Turns out it was just a simple repair of a pin. I will go back to this company with my business in the future.
