Front office staff is rude and unprofessional. We’ve been going to Ormond Medical for at least 15 years. We really liked Ellen and the office staff was much better when she was there: has gone downhill since she retired.

Has no respect for veterans. I've honestly never seen a more dysfunctional medical office before. If my husband and I could give 0/5 stars, we would. This is simply referring to the front office staff, the billing department, and Dr. Davis. If there are others who practice medicine or chiropractic, etc. in this office then know this has nothing to do with them.
Dr Rodriquez is a great chiropractor! Staff is helpful and kind!
So very sad this used to be a 5 star doctors office I’ve been a pt since 2014 with Ellen. Now that she has retired she took all the empathy and professionalism with her. I will be changing doctors as soon as possible
its were i go and i like the people there. i see ellen
We love Dr. Branoff & staff, especially Larry but always having to wait two hours every time for your appointment is ridiculous!
