We had a terrible experience with these property managers. We really liked the home but we had multiple emergencies where they took much too long to get back to us (plumbing backup, no heat in the winter, etc) and left us with no choice but to foot the bill after many unreturned calls. We felt like they took advantage of us on several occasions and that is not a situation we enjoyed living in! Would not recommend working with them, especially not living with them as your landlords!
