Staff has been great
*As of today, I am owed a 20% cycle cost refund, but the billing department continues to give me the run around. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you are an older female 35+, don't come here. The doctors don't seem to know what they are doing. My wife and I worked with Dr. Bankowski and saw him maybe 3 times out of the year. My doctor, Amanda Hurliman, and the staff here are all incredible so this review does NOT reflect my experience with them. Amanda takes time to listen to me, explain things, and answers my questions. The journey of infertility is and can be a very big and scarey process full of unknowns and uncertainty. Dr Hurliman and her team care about you and make your journey very personalized. Dr Hurliman is invested in you like you are her only patient. I have had the opportunity to meet many doctors throughout my journey and Dr Hurliman and her team by far are the best. I would recommend anyone who wants the best ending to your fertility journey to choose Dr Hurliman and her team at ORM.
