*As of today, I am owed a 20% cycle cost refund, but the billing department continues to give me the run around. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. My doctor, Amanda Hurliman, and the staff here are all incredible so this review does NOT reflect my experience with them. Amanda takes time to listen to me, explain things, and answers my questions. The journey of infertility is and can be a very big and scarey process full of unknowns and uncertainty. Dr Hurliman and her team care about you and make your journey very personalized. Dr Hurliman is invested in you like you are her only patient. I have had the opportunity to meet many doctors throughout my journey and Dr Hurliman and her team by far are the best. I would recommend anyone who wants the best ending to your fertility journey to choose Dr Hurliman and her team at ORM.
ORM has always been professional and helpful. They provide so much information during your treatments. It does take awhile to get in for an appt sometimes but once you’re in the cycle, they prioritize your timing and you get what you need.
