We worked with Dr Bankowski and had a great experience. The staff were kind and professional, our nurse navigator was responsive and helpful. IVF can be an incredibly stressful and expensive experience, but overall we felt cared for and in good hands.

*As of today, I am owed a 20% cycle cost refund, but the billing department continues to give me the run around. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you are an older female 35+, don't come here. The doctors don't seem to know what they are doing. My wife and I worked with Dr. Bankowski and saw him maybe 3 times out of the year.
