Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this OBGYN fully explain your treatment's risks and benefits? No, not really Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

Does this provider always put the customer first? No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? No, they didn't show any sympathy or concern
