I had an appointment on 1/26, and received text confirmation throughout the week. I Uber to the office only to find the building yellow taped off with a hand written note on the door instructing to use the Lobby entrance. The Security staff informed me that the office was closed. On my way out to Uber back home, I encountered 3 other patients..also with scheduled appointments. I also strained my knee trying to navigate the snow. This was a horrible experience.

I am extremely disappointed with the clinic’s unprofessional conduct. Yesterday, I had a scheduled appointment with the doctor to set a surgery date (January 26, 2026, one day after the snowstorm). I received automated confirmation messages 2–3 times before the appointment, including on the day of the appointment, instructing me to arrive early in accordance with the clinic’s policy. 3 years ago, I visited this office, had an x-ray taken, and paid $30 copayment. About 2 years later, they suddenly sent me over $200 bill because insurance company didn't approve their claim. I have difference card so I tried to pay with this card. however, my claims was rejected due to too late. it was after the filling period. Gave me a last minute appt which I was very appreciative for. Staff pleasant and doctor explained issue w my knee. I recommend
