My name Roxanne alicea i wanna give a big thanks to Dr. Garrett Garofolo Who had always took care of my health with the accident I had in 2023 and in 2024 October. He performed a surgery for my ankle right leg and he had for a while helped me to get through it times were hard but he was so good with all of the procedures that we took care of and I want to say God bless you and thank you for being so helpful. While they have linked themselves with the Northwell Health System - this company is definitely below that standard. The Kew Gardens office has a poorly turned out front staff, meaning the lack enthusiasm, manners and have a lazy/indifferent energy - in particular an older lady who is always there and never looks up and addresses clients. Secondly the Doctors here, seem motivated only by earning income for return visits - not in any sort of comprehensive healing. I was given imaging, told what it was, (Diagnosis) given a hard to connect actually very hard to connect referral, which caused a big delay in getting physical therapy. Additionally, I found Dr. Brian Mercer, to be cold. I don’t recall there being an actual physical exam
I have a pretty good experience with Orlin and Cohen the staff is really good and patient they treat me in a professional manner and they are very kind
