I went to Orlen Eye Care at Holyoke Mall and my overall experience was exceptional. I hadn't been for an eye exam in six years and wasn't sure what to expect. Making the appointment was simple and there was a variety of time slots and days available. Upon arrival I was seen immediately. The staff greeted me, and I filled out a few forms and minutes later, I was taken into a room where a tech took some amazing, magnified pictures of both eyes. If I could leave zero stars for Dr Robert Silva that’s what this putz deserves. He is rude and demeaning especially to elderly folks. Absolutely worthless appointment that we waited two weeks for. Did nothing for my elderly parent except make her feel terrible. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. Learn some people skills and how to act like a professional.
