I've been coming to Dr. Nguyen for 20 years for anything from regular maintenance to tooth repair, she is so compassionate, understanding, and clearly cares deeply for her patients. There's no dentist in the city like her!
I recently had a ‘new patient’ oral examination with Dr. Nguyen. She began by providing a clear explanation of what this exam would entail. The synchronized efficiency between Dr. Nguyen and her assistant was both thorough and highly impressive. I took solace in knowing I was in the hands of two very capable professionals. Hygienist Amanda is terrific — she’s the only reason I continue to come here. However, the customer service at the front desk is consistently unfriendly and impatient. Every time I visit, I leave feeling unhappy. Last time, they overcharged me for a service I didn’t receive, and instead of apologizing, they acted like it was my fault and responded unpleasantly.
