Very poor service department. I brought my jeep to get fixed. It took over a week the first time but not even a week later it has to go back for the same problem and it's been there almost a month with not even a phone call with an estimated time of completion or anything. I will never go back.
I am very unhappy with Premier. I bought a Dodge Ram truck in March and still do not have the registration. I was pulled over and thank goodness that the police officer did not in pound my truck I have a mobility scooter lift on the truck since my husband is disabled. I am no longer able to drive the truck without the registration. I have called the dealer many times they said they do not have the title. It is illegal to have sold me a vehicle if they did not have the title. I am now paying payments on a truck I cannot drive... read more
My boyfriend bought a jeep from here. There was a recall on a part. We brought the jeep to get serviced. Premier told us they would pay for a rental car. So, we rented a car for a day. The bill was $60. Premier WILL NOT pay the bill. I have been harassed by hertz and now received a letter from a collection agency. I have called premier for a year now and the bill is still not taken care of. I have called the manager several times and have left messages however, he will not return my call!
Joshua Craig, a former student of mine, and I met on Facebook for the first time in many years. When he told me that he was a sales person at Premier Chrysler Dodge my reply was, "Right, put me in a car!" Told him that I had bad credit but this didn't seem to upset him.
