Don’t waste your time and drive for a tour because you will get there and nobody will answer you. I had an appointment at 10 AM I went there and the leasing office was closed after they gave me the appointment and reserved me a place for a tour couple days ago, I also received a confirmation email for the appointment date and time. If you were thinking about applying for a unit at this location do yourself a favor and don’t! I got a tour with one of the units with Tara! We spoke briefly that day throughout the tour and I did explain to her that my credit wasn’t so great and it was something I was working on. She continued to tell me that there was other options as far as adding a roommate or a cosigner. Don't move here unless you have to. Rent has recently gone up by hundreds, but there hasn't been any renovations or improvements. It doesn't include a fridge or anything. There is no management here right now- everyone keeps quitting and there's been 3 new staff turnovers in a year. Another location under this management company has no staff, either.
