Since the property sold to new owners who left TNCR property management the apartments have gone down hill but keep raising prices. The pool is closed with no reasons. Parts of the property is falling apart. I've talked with a few tenants who have hole in their ceilings or other repairs that need immediate attention. There are tenants mainly #20 who causes problems with the rest of the complex.
Oh, I love the Orleans all the people to stay there very lovely nice and sweet. It’s like a little community with its own. I could. I would definitely live there.
