From my own experience I urge you please do not go to this place they are A nightmare, they made my initial issue even worse not only that but I believe they did it intentionally! I would call for a Status update And was always told it would be fixed the following day, that lasted over five days! When I finally decided to go to the shop and see what was going on and to supposedly pickup the car because it will be ready. The owner was nowhere to be found. This older model Mercury was brought to OSC after 2-3 repair shops had failed to identify and fix it's extensive electrical issues. We kept your husband updated with the progress of his vehicle's repairs, as we do with all our customers. Unfortunately, we had to review all the wiring that was altered by the numerous mechanics that attempted to fix this vehicle. Owners and workers are courteous, upfront, prompt, and decent. Over the years I've taken my two older VWs here for regular maintenance, electrical issues, brake replacements, sensor replacements, pumps, shocks, you name it. If there is ever an issue I would like re-looked at, I'm sure to stop by within the warranty period and Orlando's staff makes sure I'm satisfied.
