We were told when we go to Taos we had to try Orlando's. Well on the web site it says complementary chips and salsa no none was offered I order Christmas for my Chile choice I think there was maybe a spoonful of green Chile also the waitress didn't come back once to see if we needed a refill on our drinks.. I'm not sure if it's the best New Mexican food ever like everyone is claiming I have definitely had better in Albuquerque and further south maybe it was just too busy to get good service and quality food. We have been here before when in town. Arrived just before the lunch rush. Patio was 1/3 full. I asked for a table in the shade. She tried to seat us at a sunny table. I again asked for a shady table. She said “I have to balance the tables for the servers.” Within 10 minutes, patio was pretty full. Tables would have balanced out. Instead the next group seated took the table I asked for. Ridiculous anti customer approach. Menu is pretty limited. Won’t go back.
