As a former Taoseñro, it is pretty hard to impress me when it comes to traditional Northern New Mexican cuisine. Orlando's is by far the best NNM style restaurant I've been to in years Had the Los Colores plate and loved the chile caribe sauce, (had to get more it was so good)...and I am mostly a green chile snob!!. Highly recommended!
Best fish tacos ever. For a decade I have tried to find better and just can't! Congrats and miss y'all!

Just ate at Orlando's this weekend..Best food I have had in a long time!!!! Love this place..need one in Amarillo tx. How can I buy a t shirt from there??
Just had a great meal with my wife here. Great service (even on a very busy night), excellent food...The Chile relleno was probably the best one I've ever had. Green Chile was authentic and tasty. Margaritas were excellent.
I look forward to eating there every time I'm in Taos !!
