Pork tamale, Chile relleno and all with NM red sauce. Weird how they serve tortillas. Oh and that’s posole instead of rice. Posole looks totally different in Texas. It’s a soup. They had blue corn tortillas but didn’t offer them. I tried the beans and hominy and wasn’t impressed. Neither were seasoned well The relleno was small compared to Texas. I thought it was the tamale but really good. Loved the red chili sauce!!
If we are in Northern New Mexico, we eat at Orlando's! We've been eating there over 10 years now. My husband loves the Los Colores and I love the calabacitas. My daughter loves the whole place! She is so determined to work there someday! In addition, you will not meet kinder people in this world - the proprietors are amazing and all the staff they hire are just as wonderful. Eat here - you will not be disappointed!!

Great food a service!
The food was awesome as usual. We’ve been many times and we were with friends who had never been. They loved it. There was not a bite left on anyone’s plate. Our service was wonderful. Served in a hurry and it was piping hot.
