Cant access my on line account. Called in get information on my late payment spoke with someone and got what I needed. Then asked about the on line account. Was told that would be customer service. Transferred me. After holding for 1 hour and 25 mins I was disconnected. Called back in and was told that would be the customer service department so I'm currently sitting on hold again. This is the worst utility company ever! I was charged because of a payment they so call couldn't find from 3 months ago. After being charged a $30 fee I asked for a supervisor and Natasha called. She told me to send her A screen shot of my bank account that the payment went through. I sent that, haven't heard back for a few days. I went thru 13 hours without power, c'mon on top they charge $45 to reconnect and when i called to get an answer they are so rude My wife just got the worst experience ever!! With a lady call Juliana in "customer service"pls she doesn't deserve a job
The worst utility company ever. I have not seen worst customer service and such a bad business model, and hope never see it again. Wish there was another utility company in Orlando than this crap.
This company is a joke. Every time I call there is a new story of why service hasn't been cut back on. I have paid so why is my service still off?
