Paul contacted me through the phone and was the WORST experience I ever had. He had me waiting for HOURS just to create an account and then I asked me to send an email and HE NEVER SENT ANYTHING with the confirmation. The worst service I ever had! in my entire life!
People typically are more likely to share poor experiences, but when I actually had a problem occur after a meter replacement. A technician was sent within hours of me reporting the issue, at night. Plumber arrived the next morning to fix it. Everyone was super pleasant along the way.
They cut the electricity off in a funeral home and the body was left to decompose. But nothing stands between a greedy company and its money.
