Terrible service
YOU ALL DONT MAKE SENSE! I missed a payment cause my card had changed, and then of course I make a payment over the phone with an agent, it went right through and it was up to date. Tell me how 300$ was deducted from my account today and I check, it says 153$ was was past due (mind you it wasn’t because it was paid over the phone with an agent) and I have a credit for 187$. Shttty company services and they programs don’t do it they will cut off your lights for every penny they just added extra $10 when I onnly owed 12 in the system don’t do it . They will want every penny and take forever to cut your service back on
