First I would like to say that I am in no way a disgruntled EX-renter. We rented a property from ORLANDO REO, paid our rent on time, took care of property while we were there and vacated property at the end of lease! Proerty was filthy (carpets stained),leaky roof, roaches, snakes and geckos ran rampant in the garage and the house smelled of wet dog for weeks after moving in.
