I was thankful to have found this incredible realtor group and Kim Beaudry when i bought my first condo pre-COVID. It was a big scary deal as a young woman on her own, and she helped me find a place I could afford, later would resell for profit and lived safely in for years. As an owner of a title insurance company, I deal with realtors all day, and Kim is one of the best. She is responsive, honest and works hard for her clients. When buying or selling a home it is important to have honest, reputable and ethical people surrounding you.
