We used to rent a 3rd floor condo, we never had any issues with our neighbors, always made payments on time. We took care of the unit we rented, as we do anywhere we have rented. We rented this condo at the greens in orlando from Bristol Real Estate. The ceiling had damage to it and when we first looked at the condo Moshe advised me that it was prior water damage but it would be fixed.
