This is the same owner of bull property management! Attention be careful with this company ! Stay far away from! You will never get your rent deposit back with these scammers! I worked with broker/owner Leo Diaz on a recent purchase. I am a loan officer and work with a lot of realtors. Leo was a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, professional, and has great communication skills.
Fred has been the best! Super responsive and hands on with my listing. He even helped me find a microwave (picked it up and dropped it off at my property). I've worked with others in the past, and he is lightyears better! Really grateful that I found him.
