Complete and total neglect of me and my issues and requests as a tenant. Broken appliances took weeks to get fixed because the owner only approved warranty covered repair services. Had to miss work multiple days over these things. They refused multiple requests to get annual maintenance on the HVAC system and then, surprise, the AC broke complete in August. no one answers the phone. I scheduled a showing the one time the phone was picked up, drove 30 minutes to go view it and waited 30 minutes before leaving because no one showed up and the lines were disconnected. don't bother trying to buy or rent a home with these unprofessional "property management pros".
