Stay away. Terrible experience. We were charged $295 cleaning fee for a 1 bedroom, outdated and old apartment we rented from them for 2 years.The apartment was returned to them very clean. We made sure of that. The apartment was very dated and floors were probably the original flooring that was installed when the apartment was built. We know this because it is linoleum and that is rarely used these days. We were also charged a $120 fee to change the locks even after we returned all keys given to us when we moved in. The landscaping maintenance crew broke a water valve while mowing the lawn, which interrupted the water service in my home from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. This deprived us of being able to meet our basic needs. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact the HOA, I called VS Rental on Friday at 4:01 PM to report the incident. They took control of the situation, and by 6:03 PM, a plumber was already at my house addressing the issue. By 6:30 PM, the water service was restored. A esta compañía no les importa el bienestar de sus inquilinos, desde el primer día que nos mudamos nos recibieron 4 chiripas de bienvenida, teníamos una bebé recién nacida en ese momento y se les comentó y nunca hicieron nada, les enseñamos que había un nido de chiripas en la cocina y decidieron solo tapar el hueco y dejar todas esas chiripas en donde estaban (debajo del lavaplatos). Si pudiera darle 0 estrellas lo haría. De las peores decisiones que he tomado ha sido haber hecho contrato con esta compañía. A ellos no les importa nada más que el dinero, estuvimos alquilados en uno de sus peores apartamentos en renta (fairway island, específicamente complex Audubon) y en pleno verano se nos dañó el aire, nos tuvieron casi 2 semanas sin aire con una bebé de 8 meses.
