Stay away. Terrible experience. We were charged $295 cleaning fee for a 1 bedroom, outdated and old apartment we rented from them for 2 years.The apartment was returned to them very clean. We made sure of that. The apartment was very dated and floors were probably the original flooring that was installed when the apartment was built. We know this because it is linoleum and that is rarely used these days. We were also charged a $120 fee to change the locks even after we returned all keys given to us when we moved in.
