They were fantastic through all elements of the process: finding tenants, managing the admin, organising repairs and maintenance, and finally selling the unit. Excellent atención y buena organización
It doesn't surprise me no one in the office has never heard of me, I could barely get my name out before being hung up on! I called yesterday to ask a question, dialed the extension on Google and the man who answered quickly told me I called the wrong place. He didn't let me finish a sentence, I spoke only a few words before I was told to call the main line. He hung up on me. He didn't care what I was calling about and was very rude. Do better.
Amazing experience working with Marc and yens. I would give them more stars if I could.
