RecommendedFirst class medical care from Dr Dean Johnston and his staff! Always willing to do the best for their patients from scheduling to bed side care and will take all the time they need to answer your questions. I have been going to them for YEARS, like 15 + years. Highly recommend them for everything. I was also born with a cleft lip and Dr Johnston repaired my lip so well, people don’t even know I had a birth defect! Love you guys

Both my husband and I have used Dr. Johnston to remove basal cell carcinoma from our noses numerous times. He does great work and I have been very pleased with the outcome each time. His office is not the typical doctor's office which is always rushed. They spend time with you and are friendly. Dr. Johnston takes the time to discuss your options and makes recommendations. Right off the bat Dr. Johnston made me feel extremely comfortable and that he was knowledgeable and willing to take on a harder case having largely gauged ears that I wanted to go back to a more normal appearance. His wife stayed with me the whole time in patient for the surgery and kept me calm and held a fun and nice conversation with me! This group is definitely going to be where I go back for future endeavors I can’t say enough about them!!! Thanks for everything!
This was a great experience. The Doctor and his staff are patient, and informative. They gave me several options, and then made a recommendation on what would be best for me. They were not just trying to sell you something, which is what I have run into previously. I am very pleased with my results and will go back!
By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give a 0 in here I would, I called to inquire about one of there procedures. Simply doing my due diligence. This doctor was actually recommended by friend who happened to gush about his work for hours. The lady who answered the phone sounded much older. Her tone was dismissive right off the bat. As if she didn't even have time to answer a couple question from a paying customer. Horrible. I'm sorry she is so miserable. Will not recommend to anyone.
Dr Johnson and Kathy made me feel comfortable from the first appointment.They both spent time with me, answered all of my questions. My breast augmentation and lift were exactly how I wanted them to look. The discomfort after the surgery was annoying, however, Dr Johnson writes a script for pain medicine. They are great. I highly recommend plastic surgery by Dr Johnson. He and Kathy make you feel like you are family.
I had the great fortune to have Dr. Johnston perform fairly complex surgery on my head due to skin cancer. Dr. Johnston's medical care was outstanding which is expected for a highly trained surgeon. What makes him special is the empathy and outstanding communication that he gives to his patients.
