Dr Bonenberger and his team are THE BEST! I had bilateral knee surgery and Dr Bonenberger and Rick Ordon have completely changed my life. before surgery, I could barely walk 10 feet and had to move around my house in an office chair on wheels. On my very first visit to Dr Bonenberger he got me scheduled for surgery and home healthcare equipment arranged. I had been seeing another surgeon for 5 years who wouldn't fix my problem. went there for two procedures. staff are great and before you know it you're out of there. very organized.
I went during my lunch break to the walkin clinic and after calling to be told to come in with no wait then get there, check in, fill out all insurance I am told at 12:55 the physicians were leaving and I would not be seen. Not to mention my foot is the issue so not easy to walk to begin with. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I tore my Meniscus at work, not knowing what's next and wondering who is going to do your surgery.. The company I work for said this is where your going to to see your Dr.? I said ok I can't stress enough everyone here was amazing from front desk to dr to the doctors receptionist all the way to check out what an amazing place. Went to the Walk- In clinic on Orange Ave. Downtown. From the moment you walk-in till you leave the entire staff goes above and beyond your expectations. Thank You. Dr. Thomas Hines P.A.-C. Is Excellent. Felt relaxed and took time to talk to me. Highly recommended.
