I purchased a lift for the cover on my hot tub. I paid for this in full, 2 months prior to the COVID pandemic. I had several calls in to them, with responses that they would be out the following week etc. no one ever showed up and every time I called they said they would check into it and never called back. Now with The reopening of the state, they have not returned my calls, nor have they offered me a refund. I am still waiting for any reply to what the next step is. Upon migrating to Florida we had no idea what to expect. Our house turned out to be more than a fixer upper. Our final stage was the backyard which was a disaster. Dave helped us realize that we were in great hands and that basically anything we wanted could be done. Mike took our dream and turned it into a reality. They worked with us on the price and after shopping around they turned out to offer the best value. I would highly recommend the team.
Michael and Dave have got to be the most experienced pool and hot tub people around. They didn't try to sell me. They educated me. They were patient, caring and responsive with everything I was looking for. I ended up with a way better value and a back yard that is now an oasis for family and friends. I couldn't be happier with my new hot tub and deck!
This place is great people are understanding would recommend to everyone.
