I love the therapist here all do a wonderful job. Twice now I have had to deal with the women who does the scheduling. First she told me no one gets more then 2 days she doesn't care who they are! Then she tells me if I want to know when to come back look it up in the web site! I have never been so badly treated...very rude women. I wish someone would help me with this matter I really want to go there for my therapy.
Efficient, thorough pleasant
I have been a established patient with Orlando Health for the past 4 years and have had a total of 11 surgeries on my right leg and have been a physical therapy patient with Orlando Health five different times over the past 4 years and all the therapist have been nice and helpful, I was a patient with Orlando Health National Training Center and decided that I would try Blue Cedar outpatient physical therapy center and I have had the absolute worst experience with the scheduling department at this location . Half the staff was friendly... the other half seemed to put out that we were there. The guys in the ER had a great beside manner and very thoughtful, the women were less attentive and had to bothered for help.
