Terrible decision to see a provider here. If you want timely and adequate care, please look elsewhere. Had an appointment a week ago. Provider said they would prescribe a medication, and prescription has not been put in. I’ve called and sent messages on the platform. Provider said I needed a boot but couldn’t give me one at the office. Sent me to another office in Tampa and took 2 days of phone calls to get. If you value any part of your body, please go anywhere else.

Surgery went very well but post surgery care was awful. Cannot talk to anyone but a call center that can do nothing. And again today when I finally got to see someone not my doctor she sent my pain meds to wrong place and this is Friday on a holiday weekend so meds maybe on Tues I will get pain meds for toe and foot surgery. Pins and screws and all. Hope all the staff has a wonderful holiday weekend. While I won't.

Real bad place to see your orthopedic doctor, I got there at 10am my appointment was for 10:30am at 10:45am I ask why they haven't called me when I saw about 6 patients that came after me, front lady at 10:45 told me oh your next, nope still calling patients and at 11am I walked out of this clinic. Thanks but no thanks.

Visit Date: June 9, 2026 Who I saw: Seth Lloyd (PA), Dr. Gonzalez I strongly advise against requesting either of them as your provider. I won’t go into a lengthy review, but suffice it to say that I requested admission due to severe pain. Seth attempted to reassure me by stating that he and Dr. Gonzalez reviewed my MRI report and found no cord compression, indicating that I was fine and go to pain management. Horribly ran office in Zephyrhills!! Had appointment and took half day off at work for said appointment. Arrive and get told the Dr had to leave early and claim to have called 3 times earlier in day. Really? Hmmm why is it every call comes thru but none from them and in those 3 calls no voicemail. But if you don’t cancel within 24 hours you are charged.. how about paying me my missed work hours?? Staff is rude and incompetent the past 2 times I went. Makes no sure I get a referral from my primary for elsewhere. Will be conta... read more
