Visit Date: June 9, 2026 Who I saw: Seth Lloyd (PA), Dr. Gonzalez I strongly advise against requesting either of them as your provider. I won’t go into a lengthy review, but suffice it to say that I requested admission due to severe pain. Seth attempted to reassure me by stating that he and Dr. Gonzalez reviewed my MRI report and found no cord compression, indicating that I was fine and go to pain management. Horribly ran office in Zephyrhills!! Had appointment and took half day off at work for said appointment. Arrive and get told the Dr had to leave early and claim to have called 3 times earlier in day. Really? Hmmm why is it every call comes thru but none from them and in those 3 calls no voicemail. But if you don’t cancel within 24 hours you are charged.. how about paying me my missed work hours?? Staff is rude and incompetent the past 2 times I went. Makes no sure I get a referral from my primary for elsewhere. Will be conta... read more

Great Staff! small wait times. Doctor Gray and Doctor Alexander are genuinely caring doctors. They will not force you into a procedure and offer alternative therapy and solutions. Doctor Gray - . I had surgery on my left hand only because it was hurting an failing me. Dr Gray and Megan were kind and patient with me. They took the time to explain everything to me and what would help. Abusive billing system Florida Medical Clinic's administrative structure is a complete failure that actively harms patients. The Billing Department, led by a supervisor who refused independent review, is operating without accountability.
