Absolutely terrible. Waited for over an hour and never saw anyone. The office staff was a mess and the lady that walked me back to the exam room where I waited appeared disinterested . The office by wiregrass is fantastic.
These receptionists are so lost. Apparently my appointment was wrong when it wasn’t and sent me away twice. Called and complained and they literally said they sent me away by their mistake i don’t understand how that happens multiple times.
I woke up to horrible shoulder pain and called for an appt. For a cortisone shot, which will be my third, and it would be two weeks in awful pain before I can get an appointment. The pain is so bad That I am in tears.
What an awesome experience I had An appointment this morning with Dr. Gonzalez. I'm so lucky to have been referred to them by my Doctor. When I first walked in the staff were all very kind and helpful. I just had a rough week because I fell off a ladder and I've been a mess ever since .
