Abusive billing system Florida Medical Clinic's administrative structure is a complete failure that actively harms patients. The Billing Department, led by a supervisor who refused independent review, is operating without accountability. Absolutely terrible. Waited for over an hour and never saw anyone. The office staff was a mess and the lady that walked me back to the exam room where I waited appeared disinterested . The office by wiregrass is fantastic.
These receptionists are so lost. Apparently my appointment was wrong when it wasn’t and sent me away twice. Called and complained and they literally said they sent me away by their mistake i don’t understand how that happens multiple times.
