I cannot thank the staff at Orlando Health ER at Crossroads enough for helping me. Nurse Amy I hope you read this and I hope you have the best day ever and I hope you know just how much you made me feel comforted and seen. I went in after having discomfort and pain in my chest, thinking it might be a heart attack. I couldn't be more pleased with the staff and how they responded to me. Professional, clean, caring. I don't know if it's always like that, but I certainly was pleased with how quickly everything happened and their professionalism.

Great experience, if you need emergency care. Clean facility, personable and efficient staff from first check in, triage nursing and md interactions. Not the typical er experience. Convenient to tyrone area and easy parking . If I ever need this service again first choice

So grateful to have this location on our side town. The wait time the two times I have had to go in a two year period were less than 5 mins and was out with imaging in 1-2 hours. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and attentive. The facility is clean and spacious.
