Schedule an appointment, wait until day of, appointment gets canceled based on info they've had the entire time. Lots of apologies but no solutions. I'm scheduling an appointment with your practice because I need mental health care and you wait until the morning of to cancel. So insanely frustrating.

Orlando Health medical group!! Please help what is going on never had a problem there, been with you guys for over 2 years and now as of Friday I can’t get my daughter her medication which she needs for school, this is a serious matter but I was told it can take long. I highly recommend this location. Admin team was awesome and so was PA-C McVey. He is the best I know. Also, good vibes and no wait time. Be careful with GPS directions, it is a little tricky, the place is actually across the small street that is behind the hospital.
