Really poor customer service we set appointment for 3 months out for a serious issue but it was the soonest they could accommodate. So ok we gave them our insurance and was told ok see you on your appointment. Fast forward to day before appointment we receive a call that they do not take our bcbs ins. I was told insurances drop all the time so i asked did you take this ins 3 months ago and the answer was no. What a way to waste time for a medical condition. Thanks ! YOU NEED TO DO BETTER.
