Mr. Orlando Guzman was a very responsive to my questions and needs. Soon after listing my property I left the local area. Orlando had all my house keys as I didnt expect to be home soon. The day of listing he had built an on-line advertisement for the property and three days later the house received 2 purchase contracts. Met with Ms. Yasmin to look at a property, and we all filled out our applications there. We talked with her for over half an hour about the house, and she even looked over our applications and approved them while we were there. She stated that we just needed to email proof of income, and she could have sent the lease when she verified it. We were told to bring a money order the next day to meet and sign the lease.
