Its a MLM aiming to get their owners paid egregious bonuses off of the hard work of underpaid staff and under supported agents. You're better off at any other real estate company. It should also be noted that the positive reviews here were made by agents working for this KW location, and they were incentivized to do so, so take that with a grain of salt
