Reception staff don’t greet people when they walk in and they are rather rude and very short with people. The staff member who took me back was polite. The doctor was extremely fast and impersonal. He seemed very rushed and didn't really seem to care at all. He froze some items that didn't even go away. THEIR BILLING COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!! They only send bills via text message so you can't see anything they’re billing for. I have received MULTIPLE bills from them via text message. Easy admission, very pleasant office staff, effective treatment, empathetic interaction with Dr. Blatnoy. If need arises I'll be back.
