soooo... after looking for a car all day no luck super frustrated and stress my friend recommended here.... i was looking for a certain car but when I got there my car spoke to my soul. so we went had great welcomings from Marshall and Santos. they got me approved and rode off that day... called spoke to sales told them I'm coming a 2 HR ride get there I waited over a hour no sales person ever came out I got pissed and left 4 hours in car ride n no new car total waste then for a text back 1.5 hrs later with G I'm sorry Not very customer service oriented fyi rated F for complete FAILURE

Well. I was interested in a Jeep Liberty on the website says $700 down. So I called and asked. The guy on the phone very unprofessional say that the down payment is the one on the windshield. Second he asked me if a have prior repos what I answer yes ( if my credit was nice I would go to a grand new car dealership not to a buy here pay here) and he said that I have to put down 25% of the value down. My point is the site says $700 down but they want you to pay what the windshield says, then they check your credit and make you... read more
I was thrilled with my experience there. Santos and Francisco were fantastic to work with! They were slammed busy, and still made us a priority and apologized many times for the delay. We were still very pleased with the service and the process. I would definitely recommend them! We will be back when my husband is ready for his truck.
