They are all about the money. They will charge you for everything. Made me pay $85 for a doctors visit to get my prescriptions refilled. Same doctor I have seen for 5 years and the exact same meds. Just saw him less than three months ago.
First I was misdiagnosed by their PA Bisong. Then Dr. Balguer follows what my primary suggested. Didn't offer any advice but to see me 3 months and I got a bill for a supposed missed appointment. I'm calling the office manager to clarify they changed the apt when they changed my dr and it's been over an hour on 2 lines and I can not get anyone!!! What the hell is this? I can't even get the freaking receptionist. I'd skip this practice!!!!!
They don’t answer calls or return voicemails. I have waited 7 days for my medical records to be released and I’m still waiting on a phone call back from them.
I was going to Orlando behaviorial health for situational depression. I was shifted around between several different doctors, Dr Kesari decided my currents meds were not working and put me in Zoloft About 1-2 weeks later I started experiencing much worse depression and I became suicidal, I called Dr Kesari in a panic and informed him I was thinking about killing my self because I felt so horrible. The loosely.called doctors at their practice are completely unprofessional and could not care less about the patient I have been forgotten and left in a room on two occasions, been given a script for the wrong medication several times and asked for refills to be called in repeatedly before they do anything
