I just had my very first root canal done today and let me tell you I was petrified going in...1)needles terrify me 2) my pain was already awful 3) never had major things done to my teeth 4) my pain was already overwhelming. But let me tell you Dr. Rood and his team made me feel very safe and reassured me the whole time that i would be taking care with the utmost care! Dr. Rood is by far the best Dentist I have ever been to. I have a large fear of going to the dentist, and last year had to have a root canal..... He walked me through every step of the procedure, made sure I was knowledgable about what was going on, and listened to my every concern about the day. He is the definition of professional, yet is extremely personable- witty, and treats you like a person instead of a patient... I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rood and his staff at Orland Smiles!!!
Dr Rood is awesome! What else can I say! He's funny charming and beyond knowledgeable! Very caring and takes his time to make sure you understand all your options!
Dr. Rood and all the staff are wonderful! He is also great with our 3 year old.
