Stopped in last week to look at a few things, and one of the employees in the back room is ranting and raving about masks and the government so loud, I can hear it in the other end of the store. They were making sure everyone knew they were insane. Didn’t think much of it and left. My mother in law calls a couple days ago asking about a kids bike, and whoever she talked to was rude and condescending. Nice place you have there, whack jobs. Bought our Schwinns from Sams, and I’m glad we did.

This place actually “lost” my bike. I brought it in for two new tires. I was going to get the tires, take the bike back and bring it back later for a tune up since they were backed up until September. I left it with the manager Chris who said they didn’t have any tires. After about two weeks I call them because it shouldn’t be taking that long for tires. Well they can’t find my bike. I go there and look through the store, it’s not there. I went in today 10 minutes before closing to drop off my road bike for smaller tires. Hubby and I were greeted by Bryce. Bryce was friendly and very personable and said they would switch out my tires while we wait. True riders can appreciate this quick customer service. We will be back and I will make sure to tell others! ❤️🚲❤️
Employees are very helpful and friendly.
They have really nice bikes with allllll the accessories to compliment your cycle.. they stay busy and your wait is a little long but worth it in the end. Customer service is great, they be humping from customer to customer trying to get everyone taken care of.. picked my bike up today, was a little dissapointed because I didn’t get the go over tutorial for EVERYTHING since I’m new to the bicycle world. Overall I’m satisfied, but haven’t rode yet
