Picked up my cake yesterday for my son's 18th birthday and they completely forgot to write on it, but they made sure to make my sister pay the fee for it before she could take it since it wasn't included in the online order. Paying for it wasn't an issue it was that they made sure I paid for it but never even wrote on it, it was a blank cake.

Hi Christina - I'm sorry for any confusion but when you entered your online order you bypassed the decorating section. You should have clicked the box after you chose what size cake you wanted. You would have been prompted to say how you wanted it done. As we saw the order there wasn't any decoration on the order. As soon as we knew you wanted writing on the cake we did it as fast as we could. There is a charge for decorating. Again, sorry for any confusion.

I feel so sorry for the crap this bakery has to deal with on a daily basis from customers who freak out about having to wear a mask per state mandates. I will continue to patronize this business and support it. Orland Bakery, your staff is doing a wonderful job dealing with the people who are verbally attacking you like I saw the other day. :)
