Unfortunately I would not recommend this bakery for any large services. I ordered several cookies, donut holes, and even three cakes for a birthday party for this weekend. I placed the order back in January and paid a deposit. Then went back to finish paying before pick up; someone else had to pick it up and they said I didn’t pay the rest of the deposit. Lack of service recovery! Ruined my daughter’s birthday! They don’t care! My husband went into Orland Bakery an hour before closing, they spelled it correctly on the paper, but not on the cake. The employee never showed my husband the cake, when got home, we found the error. I called today & the manager did nothing to correct service problem. I have been going here since 1986 and can’t believe the lack of service recovery.

Never ordered from them before, Ordered on-line a standard round cake w/standard B-day decor. Picked a pickup time. Couldn't "find" it when I got there. Butter cream was just terrible, cake decorating bad (I'm sure they decorated it while I was waiting) Wanted to support a local bakery rather than a big box, I'll keep hunting.
