THE VISIT WAS GOOD AS ALWAAYS.
Everything was great at Orland Oaks Dental. This was my first appointment, and I found the staff to be very welcoming and the facility to be top notch. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and was given a tour of the office. The dental care was excellent and everything was explained thoroughly. I’m glad to have found a new dentist so close to home!
Your office has an obligation & responsibility to advise a client when a change is being made to either another doctor or technician. The client, in turn, should then have the option to reschedule their appt.. Excepting an emergency situation, this communication should not take place when the client arrives, but, as we're expected to do, call in & advise beforehand.
Cleaning great staff and always on time
All went well. Service was efficient, professional and friendly. Staff always makes it a enjoyable appointment...no longer a pain to go to the dentist.

The staff is always friendly and courteous. They are genuinely concerned about your dental care as well as your health.
