THE WORST. They signed me up for a contract. I keep canceling but they NEVER cancel it!
I sold my home and canceled service at that time. Two months later I get an email reminding me that they're going to service my old home in two days. I call in and inform them that I've canceled service and no longer own the home. Two days pass by, I get a call from the Orkin guy, he's treated the house I don't own. Received great care to our home January 31st. Promised warranty within 30 days. Called made an appointment within the warranty. The warranty was honored. Orkin has value. Juan the supervisor was with David the first time visit for a troublesome pest. David has been the main contact in this matter. Very professional, friendly service, the best I've encountered in this line of work. David and Juan really showed concern to the need of my home. All the steps were explained and emailed.
