It's a scam they accept oodles of money and keep u hanging on till ur time is up never do the job right or return the money not so much as offer a discount for ongoing services cancelled continuation due to lack of effectiveness and they're not worried about it either
Had an appointment window set up and technician never showed up, called 15 minutes after window closed, they told me someone would call me back. Didn't call me back until 11:30 next day. Claimed that someone called and left a voicemail. Overall disappointed in the lack of accountability with this company.
They did not follow through on what they said they would do. I'm so disappointed and waiting on a refund. To update this review Orkin did refund my money right away.
