I have several medical conditions that make me a very difficult customer. I also have a terrible personality, awful which I'm working on. Despite all of this, Orkin has never failed to be consummate professionals. Their rodent, termite, and cockroach prevention programs are extensive and effective, while remaining as affordable as possible. They have been nothing but great to me. I haven't always returned the favor, but I have always deeply appreciated all of your hard work and diligence
Appreciated the communication about my Mosquito bundle being serviced today. I was kept up to date for arrival time. My service today was outside. I have been very happy about the services offered with my Orkin plan.
The technician that sprayed my home was very friendly and knowledgeable about the job she was doing. She answered all my questions and explained in a customer friendly way. I was concerned about my pets and she put me at ease saying they wouldn’t be affected by the spray if I waited an hour before letting them roam my home. Thank you!!! I’m happy we went back to Orkin.
