I could not be more disappointed with Orkin's commercial services. I chose Orkin for my business as I use them for my home and thought that I would receive a similar level of service. After signing a contract with a recommended add on service for mosquitos, I have had issues. I have reached out several times to my account manager and to the branch manager with no response. I canceled the blower service (mosquito service) and was still billed. As of today, I have yet to hear from anyone other than the customer service rep tha... read more
