Jimmy is simply the best. He’s so meticulous, he finds the root to the problem, and goes above and beyond to help us. We tried other pest control and none have the level of customer service or attention to detail like Orkin and specifically Jimmy. Highly recommend!

I could not be more disappointed with Orkin's commercial services. I chose Orkin for my business as I use them for my home and thought that I would receive a similar level of service. After signing a contract with a recommended add on service for mosquitos, I have had issues. I have reached out several times to my account manager and to the branch manager with no response.
